Both of the board types below have been reported in the TS1000.
This has also been reported in some TSU2000/RU940 models.

There are several unpopulated solder pads in the upper left portion of the main board. Solder the blue signal lead to the leftmost, topmost solder pad. 3057 is silkscreened on the board just left of the solder pad. If you hold the Pronto in your right hand, mounting the RF module behind the Contrast and Backlight controls as shown on the right will give significantly better range. |
